What we do

The simple things that make a home

When a family escapes domestic abuse, they often leave with nothing. No cutlery. No bedding. No way to cook a meal. We hold donated items across two storage units and can deliver a full household starter kit within 24 hours of a referral.

Beds & bedding

Mattresses, frames, duvets and pillows so a family can sleep safely on night one.

Kitchen essentials

Pots, pans, cutlery, plates - everything needed to cook a first meal at home.

Clothing & toiletries

Clean clothes and personal care items, sorted by size for adults and children.

Furniture

Sofas, tables, chairs - so families have somewhere to sit together.

The scale of the problem

98%
of social housing allocated to domestic abuse survivors has no flooring, no white goods, and no furniture
95%
of domestic abuse survivors have experienced financial abuse, leaving them with no funds to provide basic household items

There are many ways you can help

Sustainability

Good for families.
Good for the planet.

Every item we redistribute is one less piece of furniture heading to landfill. Our model turns surplus donations into lifelines - a circular approach to two urgent problems at once.

22m
Pieces of furniture sent to UK landfill every year
14m
People in the UK affected by furniture poverty
<2%
Of social housing tenancies come furnished
1m
Children in the UK without a bed to sleep in

Reduce waste

Donated items are checked and redistributed - not sent to skip.

Local logistics

We serve Wolverhampton, keeping transport miles low.

Circular giving

Businesses donate surplus. Families get what they need. Nothing wasted.
